Also known as LAUGHING YOGA. We act out the movements as we laugh. There are no jokes or outside stimuli to try to make you laugh. Also called laughter for no reason- or simulated laughter.Based on laughter clubs that started in India by Dr. Madan Kataria, the laughing yoga guru.

Laughing is great for your sex life. It is like a natural pheromone. Think pheromones of fun. It helps you to create a more relaxed and friendly vibe.
Also laughter can be inviting and contagious. People love to gravitate toward laughter and people with a sense of humor. Laughter can help loosen you up and start seeing the world from a lighter perspective.
If none of this doesn’t inspire you to laugh more and seek more laughter and be more of a conscious active laugher, you may have become other statistic and fallen prey to the “laughter is only for kids” syndrome.
